Make Use of the Gear You Already Own to Enhance Your Lighting / Prevent Reflections in Glasses Too

The last video I shot had a terrible reflection of the light in my glasses. After watching a tutorial on YouTube, I tried to put it into practice for myself using gear I already own from doing photography (softbox and reflector) along with a small Aputure LED.
