It was a beautiful day here in the Pacific Northwest, and Kubota Garden is a wonderful and free Japanese style garden in a rural neighborhood just south of Seattle. Today, I decided to try something different and bring along a 70-200mm lens for landscape shots.

These images are straight out of the camera without editing. I mainly used the vivid color profile, cloudy white balance, and a polarizer to add some contrast to the images. Considering it was right around noon when we went, I’m quite pleased with how things turned out.
