Gene Coulon Memorial Beach Park

We haven’t been up to this park in years, but it’s a great place to stretch the legs, and get a bite to eat (if you like deep fried greasy gross food). Photos were shot with a Nikon Z 6 and Nikon Z 24mm f/1.8 S lens. All edits were done in Lightroom.

My palette is far too refined to be bothered with such pedestrian food fare, so I held out until we had a chance to swing by the Great Wall Mall and pick up some carryout Dim Sum at Imperial Garden in Renton. Shot with my iPhone in the new RAW mode.

Clockwise from the top left: radish cake, sticky rice, chicken feet, pork/shrimp dumplings, steamed pork buns, and tripe.
