Tillamook Cheese Factory, Blue Heron Cheese, and Jacobsen Salt

After Oceanside State Park we drove into Tillamook to visit the main attraction – Tillamook Cheese, followed by Blue Heron Cheese just down the street, and later in the afternoon a quick trip to Jacobsen Salt Co. Skip the salt company if you go to Tillamook to visit, but definitely stop by Blue Heron.

This was my first time using the Fuji 18mm f/1.4 indoors, and it did marvelously in low light too – focusing quickly and still sharp at wide open apertures. Indoors I took the polarizer off, but had it on while shooting outdoors. It’s really a must for landscape photography to get the colors to pop and preserve the blues in the sky.

All shots were edited in Lightroom.
