University of Washington – Seattle Cherry Blossoms and Gasworks Park

Visitors come from far and wide to view these blossoms. My mother was in town, and she had never been to the UW campus, so it was a great time for a visit. They blossoms are magnificent, but this common area of campus is quite crowded. We went midday with lots of people around, so while not the best time for photography, truly worth visiting.

These were all shot with the Nikon D850 and 28mm f/1.4 E lens.

After leaving the campus, we headed off to Gasworks Park. It’s definitely worth visiting if you’re in the neighborhood.
