Cave Hole, Coal Creek Falls, Quarry, and Fred’s Railroad Trail Loop

On our way up to Gold Bar this weekend, we stopped off at the Cougar Mountain Regional Wildland Park in Renton. It was pouring rain, but we hiked anyways – just over four miles (because we took a wrong turn).

I brought along the Fuji X-T4 and 16-55mm f/2.8 lens. Even though I had the Fotosharp rain cover on, water got in the bag – not much, but enough to notice. No problems though, the camera operated fine, dried out with no problem, and isn’t any worse for wear.
